By visiting the protected area you will also be a participant in its conservation. Based on our (and everyone's) conduct, the area can be valued, or seriously threatened. The key then, will be our behavior. So we suggest:

GOOD PRACTICE RECOMMENDATIONS

LET'S RESPECT THE BALANCE OF NATURE

Nature is wise!

The fruits are food for many birds, and they in turn help the plants by dispersing their seeds; with feathers, many birds make their nests; the stones are the homes of dozens of invertebrates; plants fix the soil and purify the water ... All beings are part of the environment, we help each other and we depend on each other. We are all equally important.

Let's collaborate not removing things, nor adding new ones

ALWAYS WALK THROUGH THE ENABLED TRAILS

The park paths have been laid out so that one can enjoy beautiful views in some areas, and be close to some animals in others, but always respecting the distances required by each being in nature and on the ground itself. Within the route, it is taken into account not to go through fragile areas (due to the type of soil and / or the little vegetation that can cause erosion that is difficult to reverse, such as the dunes), areas "in recovery"; nesting areas; etc. It is our responsibility, to take care that this is fulfilled, always going through the authorized routes.

LET US TAKE CARE OF WILDLIFE

In nature, all beings (animals and plants) are related, in such a way that they feed on others, and are food for third parties. No animal needs our help to survive; and if we feed them, contrary to helping them, we can harm them, changing their eating habits.

That is why we recommend taking care of our waste, and not feeding the animals. They will undoubtedly thank us.

LET'S PREVENT FIRE

Badly extinguished butts are a dangerous source of fire; especially in Patagonia, with the strong winds, and the dry climate. For this reason, smoking is not allowed inside the reserve.

If you are a smoker, we recommend you use the designated area, in the information office environs.

LET'S TAKE CARE OF OUR PETS

The presence of pets (such as cats and dogs) in natural/protected spaces, can compromise the natural balance of the species, since these, following their instincts, become predators of native species.

For this reason, we ask you not to allow pets to enter the reserve, and to always promote responsible pet ownership.
